Julian Bachlow is an indie rock musician originally from Tottenham, Ontario currently residing in New York City, USA. His influences are The Cure, The Smiths, Radiohead, Prince, David Bowie, Owl City, The Postal Service, Ben Gibbard, Stars and New Order. Julian Bachlow composes, produces, writes lyrics, sings vocals, plays keyboard/synth, bass, guitar, kazoo and many other instruments within his music. His 80’s Brit pop influence is meshed in among modern genres and he tries to be experimental by blending in as many different genres as he can. Julian has released three albums independently under his label 2 Line Productions. ‘Paradigm’ released in 2009, ‘Family Ties’ released in 2015 and ‘Poet Survivor’ released in 2017. Julian’s new album ‘Day and Night’ is scheduled to be released sometime in the fall of 2018. Julian’s new single ‘Astral Garden’ from the album ‘Day and Night’ is currently being distributed independently by himself under his indie label 2 Line Productions.
